The Question is : Can we have a simple Court (Justice Forum) in Blockchain & will it be useful ?
The Need : To create a community & to protect that community from unwanted disagreements, have an amicable settlement team which will be decentralised and everyone can vote.
The Penalty : Be banned from the community facilities for a certain period or a fee to be paid to rectify errors and damages done.
